1. Services

PT Buweno Digital Studio provides professional digital design services, including web design, mobile app UI UX design, interactive experiences, and long term product partnerships. The final scope, deliverables, and timelines are strictly limited to what is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Contact Information

Clients may contact us only through the following official channels:

All communication related to project details, revisions, approvals, and updates must occur through these channels. We are not responsible for issues arising from communication outside them.

3. Payment Terms

  • All projects require an upfront payment before work begins

  • Pricing is determined by scope and complexity

  • Final deliverables will be released only after full payment is received

  • Payments are non refundable once work has started

  • Requests outside the agreed scope will be charged separately

4. Timeline and Client Responsibilities

Project timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, legal, and complete content and materials

  • Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays

  • Acknowledge platform limitations beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or third party platforms.

5. Revisions

Revisions are included based on the selected service tier. Excessive changes, scope expansion, or major direction changes may require additional fees. Approved stages cannot be reopened without renegotiation.

6. Intellectual Property

All work remains the property of PT Buweno Digital Studio until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive usage rights for the delivered work. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Partnership Services

Partnership engagements are long term and custom. Scope, involvement, and responsibilities are defined per agreement. Partnership pricing is custom and non transferable.

8. Limitation of Liability

PT Buweno Digital Studio is not liable for business losses, revenue loss, third party platform issues, or modifications made after delivery by the client or others.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a project if payment terms are violated, communication becomes unprofessional, or requests fall outside ethical or legal boundaries.
